Join us for the monthly Yoga Nidra with Bonnie Francis. During this meditative & restorative practice, sometimes referred to as “yogic sleep”, the body is comfortable and supported in Savasana. Yoga Nidra is perfect for anyone, including those who may be brand-new to Yoga or meditation. All that’s required is a willingness to lie down, let go, and rest.
Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while maintaining complete awareness. It can help relieve stress, anxiety, headaches, trauma-related disturbances, and sleep disorders.
Class will conclude with a 15-20 minute sound bath of bells, bowls and/or gongs.
This class is lead by RYT-500 yoga instructor, Bonnie Francis, for your own sense of complete relaxation and peace.
Must pre-register for this class. No walk-in's please!
