The Chakra Garden is a 1/4 acre garden featuring 12 meditation spots, a garden swing, koi pond with fountain, and a covered area for journaling or having a meal. Each area of the garden celebrates one of the 7 energy centers of the body, blooming in one color and featuring crystals, symbolism, and scents to stimulate the senses. A full size labyrinth is situated just outside of our outdoor yoga pavilion (a second, fresh air yoga classroom) inviting students to enjoy a walking meditation. The labyrinth is always there for ceremonies or personal inspiration, and also features an affirmation board and other extras to heighten the yoga experience.
The yoga pavilion provides a fresh air, organic space for yoga situated by our bamboo grove, labyrinth and garden. Our red meditation gazebo provides an intimate space for students to have conversations, enjoy tea and relax, meditate or gather for sharing or ceremony. Filled with comfortable cushions, a gong and meditation implements and wind chimes just outside the door, this space encourages us to invite quiet into our yoga experiences.
