We aspire to support a yogi's deeper understanding of the practice to help new practitioners learn that yoga is much more than a physical practice on the mat. Our online programs attempt to simulate the full learning experience of "in person" training, where dialogue & feedback enhance the experience. A multi-media approach to learning provides new insight and a great opportunity to study with Heartwood when you can't join us in person.
Yoga is actually 8 disciplines that, together, create a remarkable system of healing, health and personal peace. This yoga online course , taught by Ginny Shaddock, ERYT-500 & C-IAYT, provides and overview of the 8 limbs of yoga and why a student would benefit from studying those elements of yoga beyond the mat practice. A great foundational course for your yoga education.
