We aspire to support a yogi's deeper understanding of the practice to help new practitioners learn that yoga is much more than a physical practice on the mat. Nothing beats the full learning experience of "in person" training, where dialogue, feedback and ambiance enhance the experience, but sometimes a multi-media approach to learning provides new insight and a great opportunity to reinforce what you are learning in an experiential way. The Heartwood Staff creates yoga online courses for our students to provide additional support and study options which we hope will support deeper connections to the power and beauty of authentic yoga education.
